Ramora were again called in by one of our key clients CBRE through a third party to clean Regency Wharf in Birmingham, working within the clients very strict timescales.
The requirement was to clean the buildings before Christmas, and allow the bars and restaurants to have no impact on their trade. A program of works was agreed with all parties, Ramora would work from midnight through to 7am. A large but nimble access machine was delivered to site and stored away from the public.
Two teams then worked for three nights under flood lights to deliver the project to the clients exacting standards. The businesses had no impact on trade and were delighted with the results, thanking the teams for their efforts at such a difficult time for bars and restaurants.
Ramora have again met a clients last minute need, cleaning 12000 sq metres of car parking area before their annual inspection. Three teams worked in two shifts to complete the job, with only 24 hours notice.
Another job well done by the ops team.
